Gerishna: Haj Hassan Khajehpour, a victim of the tragedy of Mena in Mecca, was carried today on the waves of wails and tears to be buried in the Martyrs’ Paradise of Gerash. Old and young, man and woman, student and tradesman; people from every walks of life were present in perhaps the most crowded funeral procession in Gerash.
There have been several ceremonies before today for Haj Hassan’s death. His funeral ceremony will still go on for three days in Vali Asr mosque, though his memory will remain in heart of all those people who chanted on his grave: “May God accept your pilgrimage, Haj Hassan!”
