۷Berkeh – Negin Akrami, Mostafa Sharifi: The Gerashi benefactor has resumed the construction of the Technical and Vocational Training Center.
On Tuesday morning, 1st of May, 2018, on the same day as the International Labor Day, Haj Reza Mohseni started this project again with a preliminary budget of over 70 thousand dollars. This training center will be built on a land with a total area of 40000 square meters near Velayat Square.
“To complete this project, we need more budget; and it will be provided by the government and other benefactors,” said Asghar Foroudi, Governor of Gerash during an opening meeting. “The Technical and Vocational Center creates opportunities for increasing human resources skills. This has led to the encouragement of benefactors.”
“One of the problems in our society is unemployment, which is sadly seen more among college graduates,” announced Mr. Izadi, deputy director of Technical and Vocational Directorate of Fars. He added: “We have 2640 universities in the country. A country like China has less universities then our country.”
Building the Technical and Vocational Center of Gerash began a few years ago, and now it is restarted after a pause. Haj Reza Mohseni, the Gerashi benefactor, said in an interview: “May God help us in serving the people. We should also remember the late haj Hassan Salimi who served in this way, too.”
