Many difficulties are also reported in using WhatsApp in different parts of the country. Both are currently accessible by the help of proxies and VPNs.
Most popular social media such as Twitter, Telegram and Facebook are filtered in Iran since years ago. It remains to be seen whether the newly-imposed filter on Instagram is permanent or not.
